Comfortable historic home just steps from the OSF campus! While, the floors and woodwork are 1884 the plumbing including shower and toilet are 2024!… All plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work was and is done by licensed journeymen. All utilities and high speed Wi-Fiare included. All linens, kitchen items, and cleaning supplies are provided. Lease is for a minimum of 30 days up to a year. I receive consistent five star ratings because I am not a property management company. I care about my tenants and respond instantly. Out of town medical professionals have asked me for information like the best place to take their car for repairs or where the best places are for a pizza and I am happy to assist.
