Pet Policy: Pets travel with you and 2 pets (dogs) are allowed under 50lbs. There are some restrictions on certain dogs so please check with us and we will intern check with the club and update you so you wont encounter any issues after arrival. But most dogs are allowed.
Security Deposit: 1500$ security deposit will be accessed after the lease is accepted and due in one week for future rentals. If the lease is cancelled less than 60 days, then the deposit will be forfeited as we have to remarket the unit for rental otherwise the security deposit will be refunded within a week with secured payment option will be discussed with you.

Terms at 6023 Ellerston Way #1823
Please read carefully on the terms below! -- Minimum rental days is 30 days and can be more up to 1 year or more but not less than 30 days for sure. In the case of rental more than 181 days then there won't be any taxes accessed. Membership and Golf fees are one time of 250$ irrespective of no of months rental. Security deposit is also a one-time fee. Please make sure the property is maintained in top condition in the same way it was handed to you. -- Some fees are not included in the booking because these fees are needed 2 to 3 weeks before your arrival so you won't have any issues entering the Club/Resort for use of any amenities after booking is confirmed and few weeks before I would request you to pay the fees and sign the lease agreement. - Membership one time transfer fee (Non-Refundable) = 150$ for just membership transfer and 100$ more if you want golf membership. If you want both its 250$ per rental and no green fees except there is a 30$ golf cart rental. -- Cleaning (Non-Refundable): One time departure cleaning of 250$ per rental -- Pet fees (Non-Refundable): We welcome pets (Dogs) but there is a charge of 250$ per rental -- Lease Agreement: The resort membership transfer requires a signed lease agreement with the Owner and Tenant, and we will reach you for a signed lease agreement to be submitted to the office 15 days before your arrival. So, payment is due after signing the lease and 15 days in advance to get into the system to access the facility. A copy of your driver's license is required for your membership at the time of membership transfer --Security Deposit (Refundable): 1000$ due at the time of membership transfer or when the lease is going to be signed and 100% refundable if there is no damage to the property and we will return it within 15 days after the check-out. Just to ensure you have maintained the property in same condition you got at the time of check-in. Taxes (Non-refundable): There will be 12% Taxes for the rental period out of which 7% goes to the Florida department of revenue and 5% goes to the collier county.
