Kitchen & Common Areas The kitchen and living room are shared with other professional tenants. To ensure everyone enjoys the home, tenants are expected to: * Clean the kitchen immediately after each use. * Wash and put away dishes immediately. * Do not leave dirty dishes overnight. * Clean up after themselves at all times. * Respect other tenants and shared spaces. * Take household trash to the curb every Wednesday morning. Laundry Shared laundry facilities are available for tenants only. Laundry facilities are not available for guests. Heating & Air Conditioning The home is professionally climate-controlled for everyone's comfort. Please do not adjust the thermostat. The home maintains a comfortable temperature year-round, and each room is equipped with ceiling fans for additional comfort. Tenant Responsibilities Tenants agree to: * Keep their bedroom clean. * Keep their private bathroom clean. * Clean all shared spaces immediately after use. * Report maintenance issues, leaks, or repairs immediately. * Dispose of trash every Wednesday morning. * Help maintain a respectful and clean living environment for everyone.
