The quiet bedroom retreat has a queen-size hospitality grade bed and a 40" TV. The updated bathroom includes a spacious spa-like shower and a washer and dryer. The open concept kitchen includes a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee station, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking tools. A flex space with a dedicated workspace, reading nook, and two yoga mats is available. High-speed internet (1 Gig) is available throughout the property. Outside, you'll enjoy a private hot tub tucked away under the South Dakota skies and your own private pickleball court.
Access to a carport is available. One well-behaved dog under 50 lbs is welcome. Pets must stay off all furniture, including beds. The backyard is fully fenced, though small gaps may exist, so please keep an eye on your pup. There are also neighborhood cats in the area.
Rapid City is known as the Gateway to the Black Hills, with easy access to some of the most iconic landscapes in the American West. Downtown Rapid City is 5 minutes away, Mount Rushmore is 30 minutes away, Custer State Park is 40 minutes away, Badlands National Park is 1 hour away, and Deadwood is 45 minutes away. Restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and local galleries are just minutes away.
