The home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac at the start of an open space nature trail in the Cheyenne Mountain area. Minutes from Fort Carson, Cheyenne Mountain State Park, North Cheyenne Canon and Downtown. Easy access to I-25, grocery stores (King Soopers, Safeway, Walmart), and restaurants near the Broadmoor World Arena.
Three of the five bedrooms are rentals, two are used by the owner for storage/guest room. The house has two living rooms. The front one has a cinema setup with a PS5, PSVR2, 150-inch screen, and speakers, plus an amazing view of Cheyenne Mountain. The back one faces the open space reserve and has a 70-inch TV with surround sound, a giant fish tank, and a reading area with some books. Deer, hawks, rabbits, magpies, and finches are regularly seen from the property.
Kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, and freezer. There is also a washer and dryer along with a shared half bathroom in the common areas. Each room has designated pantry space and there is shared pantry areas as well.
