The home is located in a quiet and peaceful manufactured home community in the Sak section of Anniston, 5 min to Walmart. 2 pets maximum. One time $250 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee per animal. Aggressive breed such as pit bull or husky are not allowed. If the pet weighs more than 25lbs, it needs to be approved by management. Application fee is $50 per adult. You need to make income that is 3x of rent. No eviction/bankruptcy/criminal history in the past 5 years. For rental, it is $695 per month. If the tenant is able to maintain the home by themselves, a rent credit of $75 per month will be issued starting 3 months after move in. First month rent, last month rent and 1 month security deposit are required before moving in. Alternatively, we also allow a rent to own program where the tenant put down $2,700 initial payment, then pay $375 a month for 60 months (lot Rent additionally $300 a month). We need first month lot rent plus initial downpayment before moving in. Tenants pay electricity, water and trash. Landscaping/Sewer is included in rent. If there are appliances in the home, they are provided for convenience of tenants. We don't replace or repair any appliances. You would need to bring your own appliances if it's not working.
