The fully-equipped kitchen includes new appliances, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary cookware, utensils, and basic cooking supplies. A cozy dining area with seating for 2 is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a full-sized shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. For your convenience, an in-unit washer/dryer with detergent is provided.
Enjoy complimentary garage parking for one vehicle, with visitor parking also available for extra vehicles. Access to building amenities includes a gym with modern machines and free weights, a yoga and wellness studio, coworking and meeting spaces, a games lounge, a rooftop deck with BBQ facilities, life-sized games, a podcast room, a craft room, and a cornhole outdoor area.

The Dallas Zoo is approximately 15 minutes away, and Dallas Love Field Airport is about 12 minutes away.
Check-in and check-out times are mandatory. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11 am or the agreed-upon time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. There is a $150.00 fine for evidence of pets inside the property. No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; a $500.00 surcharge will be charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy indoors, with a $500 fine for violations. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with no more than 3 people staying in the unit. If any personal property is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors when not home, and turn off all lights when not in use. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out; there is a garbage chute on every floor. A $10 charge will apply for every guest after 2. A $150 charge will apply if the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox.
