Amazing condo for young professionals or people working near Denver Health or downtown.… Unit is situated perfectly between downtown and capitol hill with great pool parties on the weekends and mountain views from attached balcony. Unit has access to private hot tub with mountain views, private work out rooms and private grilling areas. Unit has fridge, washer, dryer, 1 garage spots, and a storage unit.
The sq ft is 780 with a decent sized balcony. Utilities are not included. Deposit is 1 month's rent and lease lengths are flexible with a minimum of 6 months.
Free shuttle bus to Auraria campus and Lodo with the option to lounge at the pool and jacuzzi or hang out in our spacious game-room. State of the art fitness center with over 40 machines and free weights or take advantage of our free aerobics classes and catch some rays in our free tanning beds. There is the option to watch a movie / game in 7 person projection screen movie theater.
The balcony with the bikes is attached and the other ones are a short elevator ride away. The smaller workout room is in the building on the ground floor and the larger one is two buildings over. I included pics of the different closets. The storage space in the basement is a little wider than a door and about 5 feet deep.
