An application fee of $35 per person 18 and older is required, this fee is paid at the time of application and is Non-Refundable. We use Zillow's application and background check service are requirements to be considered as an applicant for tenancy. Upon receipt of an acceptable Zillow application, we'll be happy to invite you to further the process and consider your submitted application. Thank you for your interest. Tenant must provide a copy of policy and current paid receipt for renter's insurance to owner at all times during occupancy. Approved applicants will be required to pay a security deposit, should your application be approved conditionally you may be asked to pay an additional deposit amount. Non-refundable small pet deposit is $500.00 for one pet. Pet rent is $35 additional monthly for one pet. Thank you for your interest in our home. Please feel free to reach out for further questions. 12 Month lease, preferably 2 year+ No Smoking policy- (of any kind ) Included in rent- washer & dryer- no replacement if it no longer works. Tenant responsible if wanting service on it. Lawn care is available at an additional monthly fee. It is a requirement of tenants for upkeep of lawn/landscape. ( including weeds, leaf removal) Credit Verification required. 1st month rent and deposit required at signing.
