This beautiful two-story Victorian 8-plex is close to SJSU, theaters, and restaurants. The studio has windows on two walls and a nice one window in the kitchen. Nothing is shared, this is a private apartment.
There is a shared washer/dryer on the first floor; plus, additional bike storage so you don't need to keep your bike outside.
Great and quiet, smoke-free place to work from home.
In the back side yard is an organic garden where residents can plant vegetables, herbs as well as compost. Tomato plants were just planted.
Security deposit is the same as rent and we do not ask last month's rent.
There is a fair bit of good news because of where you live.
You are not in high density housing! You can keep 6 feet away in a building with 1. fewer apartments and 2. no over-crowding within the apartments themselves.
You are in an artsy, wonderfully old construction with easy open windows, lots of light and not new construction which can be quite air-tight and shared with other residents.
You live in downtown with lots of walk-able streets and parks to get outside and enjoy the fresh air.
No smoking of any substances.
Cat is possible for additional $45/month but can only be added at the start of the lease.
