This is a student rental for a group of 6 University of Michigan students, mid August 2026 through mid August 2027, 12 month lease. There is no fee for parking 4 tenants' cars. Tenants can collect and keep parking fee ($60/car) for U of M athletic events. House is across from Intra Mural and sports complex and a short walk to the U of M football stadium. There are two washers, two dryers, two refrigerators included. Each bedroom has a bed, closet and desk or bureau. The house is on a corner so the lot is spacious, no house on south and west side so lots of sunlight and open space. Snow removal, garbage and recycling, and lawn maintenance is included in the rent. Five minute walk to main campus and bus stop is across the street. Perfect location for sports fans and student athletes. House is non-smoking.

Rent includes lawn maintenance, snow removal to the front and back doors, two fridges, two washers and dryers, garbage/recycling pickup, and 4-5 off street parking spaces for tenants only. Landlord is close and responsive by text.
