Check-in details will be sent on the day of check-in. The check-out time is 11 am, unless otherwise approved. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a fine of $300.00 for any smell or physical evidence of smoking. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with evidence of a party resulting in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction. The unit is equipped with noise sensors and noise detection monitors. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed; violators will be reported to the police and the contract will be terminated immediately. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding occupancy, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building, and noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.
