Rates vary per month as follows: June-August $8200 September-October- 7200 November $7200 December $7200 January to May $6950 Prices subject to change and long stay discounts are available. All utilities are included in your monthly rental rate, with a cap on the amount. No Parties, No smoking! This unit can be accessed from the underground assigned parking included with your stay, as well as two more access gates. One access gate is located on the west facing side of the complex, off the North Strand and the second access gate is located on the North facing side of Surfrider Way. **Maximum 6 ft high vehicle for underground Parking Garage. Max (2) spaces. Spaces 24 and 25** **Cleaning fee per stay is $225** **Small dogs allowed upon approval**.
