The lower right unit in a building of 4 units total, there is a great outdoor space out the back, covered parking with a direct walkway to the condo, and beautifully manicured grounds to greet you.
This home has had lots of recent upgrades, including light fixtures, flooring, and the hot water heater. Quiet neighborhood.
This was my personal home for several years, now I am getting married and moving and want to allow someone else to enjoy it as much as I have. As a Single Female, I felt very safe in this area, and it was close and convenient to everything. Great neighbors also.
I will be heavily screening people to find the right fit for this home.
