The apartment has heart pine wood floors through out. There are six rooms, a one bedroom, large eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, bath and entry/laundry room. Kitchen is newly renovated with plenty of storage space and gas stove. There is one bathroom with antique claw foot tub and shower and beautiful travertine tile floors. Location Our house is perfectly situated in a lively neighborhood where folks stop to talk on the street and walking/biking is the norm. We are just two blocks from West Main Street (by the Main Street Market), a 10 minute walk to the Downtown Mall, and a 15 minute walk to UVA and the Corner. Tonsler Park is just one block away. Walk to Amtrak and Greyhound. Right by the free trolley line. Fifeville is a diverse and friendly neighborhood. This is a downstairs apartment in an old house. Our family lives upstairs (my husband and I and our 3 year old and one 1 year old daughter) in a completely separate apartment in the house. However, we are up at 7am and you would hear us. We are moving to our own single family house in early fall. Pets We love animals and understand if you want to bring yours with you, but are also aware of the impact that animals have on a house. To help accommodate your pet we are willing to consider dogs for a $35/per month pet fee. Laundry We have a washer and dryer which are included with the apartment rental. Utilities All utilities are included with a $200 per month fee. This includes high speed internet, trash, water, sewer, gas, and electricity. Yard Space There is a great backyard with garden beds etc. It is not fenced.
