Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, and internet services. Tenant agrees to maintain all utility accounts in good standing at all times. Tenant is responsible for any damages to the property, appliances, fixtures, or common areas caused by tenant, occupants, or guests, beyond normal wear and tear.
