We may request a meet-and-greet prior to approval. * One cat may be considered depending on age and overall fit. * Tenants are responsible for electricity/gas utilities, trash service, and internet/cable if desired. Owner pays water and sewer. * Renter's insurance will be required for the duration of the lease. * Owners may coordinate occasional property maintenance visits approximately every 6 months for items such as furnace servicing, filter changes, and general upkeep. Proper notice (typically 24 48 hours) will always be provided and coordinated with tenants. * First month's rent and security deposit required prior to move-in. * References, income verification, and background/credit screening required. * Looking for responsible tenants who will care for the home respectfully and keep it well maintained. * No parties, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior. * Lease terms available for 1 or 2 years.
