Thank you for your interest in this fine property! Terms and Conditions Please review the following: Any applicant must have verifiable employment/income, unless entire lease amount is paid in advance. Applicants with unacceptable Case-net records, will not be approved. Applicants with bankruptcies, any landlord/tenant action suits, and any unlawful detain-er suits, judgments for debts against them or any utility collection actions will not be approved. All other items at Landlords sole discretion. Any applicants with any criminal convictions will not be approved. Smoking is prohibited and not allowed in this home. NOTE: Regardless of state law, smoking marijuana inside or the cultivation, production and growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises. Any violation of this provision shall be considered a material breach of the lease. The following will be necessary to be processed as an applicant to lease: Must fill out ALL areas of the application to be considered as a tenant for this property. Incomplete applications will not be processed. All non-minor occupants staying on the premises must fill out an application and be named on the on the lease. Any non-minor occupants moving into the premises after the lease is in place must sign & be named in an amended lease. Any violation will result in lease termination/ eviction. Non-refundable fee approximately $40 each (per occupant over 18) required with lease application. Fee will be paid directly to : Tenant Background Search Any undisclosed information on the application shall be grounds for application denial/lease termination.
