This is a 4 room home in an OWNER occupied 4 family house. The unit is on the first floor & has 2 exits. PLEASE read all info thoroughly, as incomplete applications will NOT be considered. I've been in the rental business for a long time, so I know what I'm looking for. You pay electric, I pay the heat. We have a back yard that is large for lounging or walking around. No laundry, but there are ones close by. We're also close to the train station. This is a nice apartment on a large lot with a big back yard for your relaxation and enjoyment! Available around August 15th. Current tenant should be out at the end of July. This is an older but well maintained OWNER occupied four family home, It is not a place for loud, noisy party people..PLEASE NOTE THAT before thinking of applying. There are four rooms, 1 average sized bedroom, 1 larger kitchen and living room and a smaller office type room, with NO closet or heat source in it...so not a bedroom! The bathroom has a nice claw foot tub, but also has a shower set up to be used with double shower curtains. There are also plenty of windows so it's sunny and you get real nice cross ventilation. I don't have many rules, but the ones I have must be adhered to. NO SMOKING on the premises and NO PETS. I don't care if your cat is declawed so please don't ask if it's ok.. : ) I will NOT be able to show this just yet but there's plenty of pics to give you the idea. The rental agreement is a Tenant-At-Will. This means that either party can give either party a 30 day notice to vacate or move. The notice must be given or received by the last day of any rental period before the upcoming rental period. Finally, PLEASE NOTE.
