I have an awesome 2 bedroom in a newly constructed building at 60 East 1st street. Southern exposure so it gets a ton of light. The apartment has hard wood floors and has internet capability.
All 2 Bedrooms fit a normal sized bed, have a closet and a window, fit dresser, etc. Living room is a decent size. It's a new building built from the ground up so unlike Stuyvesant town the walls are thick. This apt is situated between the exits of the F train. Both entrances are at the end of the street in both directions.
TRANSPORTATION (see MTA bus time app):
- F TRAIN 2nd Ave stop - one and a half blocks away, 5-minute walk
- M14A SBS BUS Picks up half a block away on Ave A, 1 min walk. Takes you north to 14th street, L train 1st Ave stop, then west through Union Square (4,5,6,N,Q,R,W,L trains); over to 1,2,3 trains, PATH trains; A,C,E trains and finally to Chelsea piers. All major subway lines are accessible through this bus.
-M15 BUS picks up one block away on 1st Ave & 2nd Street
- 6 TRAIN Broadway-Lafayette stop - four avenues west; 12-minute walk
- L TRAIN 1st Ave stop - several streets uptown; 12-minute walk
