Beautiful ocean view townhouse with two fireplaces. Great from families moving into area. This unit is shown furnished, but may be available unfurnished depending upln the lenght of the lease. (We own a furniture company, so it is a quick fix to furnish or unfurnish the unit depending on what you need) There is a 12x15 ocean view screened porch off the living room and a 12 x 15 covered balcony off the master bedroom. There is a covered patio on the ground level. Currently, there is a large sectional sofa in the living room. Dining table and bar stools. Fully equipped kitchen. Primary bedroom has one king bed, attached bath, and ocean veiw balcony Bedroom 2 has two double beds and an attached bath. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a full bath is directly across the hall Washer and Dryer is directly included in the unit. Two ocean view covered balconies plus ground floor patio. (I have encluded snapshots of the rooms with at furniture at the bottom of the add in case you want to see the rooms when they are empty. Hope this is not confusing.) Call for more info. We prefer a year lease, but will consider shorter leases.
