The spacious bedroom boasts a romantic queen poster bed, and a full closet provides ample storage. The attached full bathroom features a walk-in shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

This home boasts an unbeatable location, just a 5-10 minute walk to the Downtown Historic area and top attractions like Ripley's and Castillo de San Marcos. A convenience store is just around the corner for snacks and drinks, and popular dining and drinking spots like Uptown Swinery, Sunday, and Juniper are also a short walk away. The neighborhood is known for its flavorful dining, art, culture, and abundant entertainment, with St. George Street, the bayfront, and numerous attractions within easy reach.
Window AC units are installed for heating and cooling, as there is no central AC. Guests may occasionally hear neighbors as this is one of three units in a multi-family home. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and all outside guests must vacate the property during this time. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any property damage caused by themselves or their guests. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests are required to follow house rules and checkout procedures. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Parties are not permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door of the home; tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions.
