Window AC units are installed for heating and cooling, as there is no central AC. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and the number of guests must be updated accurately. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
