Enjoy the private yard with a sandy beach path leading to Plum Island's oceanfront beach, a firepit with Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill.
Small to medium dogs may be considered for extended-stay, off-season guests only, with additional fees applied and dogs considered on a case-by-case basis. Guests must provide the dog's name, breed, age, and weight. Pets left alone at the home will need to be crated. Off-street parking is available for three cars.

Smoking or vaping in the home or on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine and immediate eviction. Parties, events, performing artists, or bands are not allowed at any time and are cause for eviction with no refund. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
