No parties or events are allowed. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations may result in immediate cancellation (non-refundable), guests being required to vacate, and charges for damages. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Violations may result in a warning for the first complaint and possible cancellation and removal for a second complaint. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement and complete guest verification. The booking guest must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation. All guests must be included in the reservation, and undisclosed guests may result in immediate termination, requirement to vacate the property, and additional charges. Local residents are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval. Check-out is on time to avoid a $25/hour late fee. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. Guests remaining after 1:00 PM without approval may be charged for an additional night. Excessive cleaning or laundry may incur additional fees, and damages will be charged at repair or replacement cost. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses during their stay.
