Enjoy outdoor living on large front and back decks, both with breathtaking ocean views with large yard for outdoor activities. Absolutely no smoking of any substance allowed. Dogs considered. First/Last/Security due at signing Gas & electric are responsibility of tenant. Trash/recycle & snow removal services are included in monthly rent.
