The owners are allergic to most commonly inhaled substances, including marijuana, and are very serious about this rule. Legal usage of marijuana and other substances is permitted as long as taken through a non-inhaled means or done off of the property. Street parking is available. Owners are open to discussion on lease duration, with options including month by month, 3 month, or 6 month basis. Please let us know your desired lease duration when reaching out or applying.

Shared bathroom and washer/dryer. Access to large, lush back yard. Quiet neighborhood, and property located on a tree-lined cul-de-sac. 10 minute walk to nearby shopping center with grocery store, restaurants, cafes, and fitness studios! Owner has two small dogs which have free access to the back yard, but are gated from the bathroom hallway.
