Situated in the Knights Hill Community, this chalet offers a private setting with convenient access to community amenities. The community boasts a nice beach area, a pet-friendly waterfront area, two tennis courts, adult and kiddie pools, and a dock for loading and unloading. For winter enthusiasts, the property is minutes from Shawnee Peak and an hour from Sunday River for skiing, with snowmobile trails and ice fishing practically at your doorstep. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. All properties are non-smoking. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 25. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation, and no parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Guests shall abide by the Property Manager's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Includes Wi-Fi for your convenience.
