Lease terms

The term of this Lease shall be for a period of twenty-four (24) months. Tenant agrees to pay monthly rent in the amount of $2,500.00 due on the 1st day of each month. Tenant shall also pay a security deposit of $2,500.00 and the last month's rent at the time of signing this Lease; however, Landlord may, at its sole discretion, permit the last month's rent to be paid through an approved written payment arrangement. Tenant shall be solely responsible for all utilities and services associated with the property, including but not limited to water, sewer, electricity, gas, internet, cable, and any other utility services provided to the premises. Smoking, vaping, or the use of tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or similar products is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the dwelling or on the property. No pets of any kind shall be permitted without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Tenant shall maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term.
