It is in a great location to downtown, financial, and conveniences of all kinds. The premises are located on the second floor of a three-level building. The entire flat was gutted and completely remodeled about 10 years ago. There are 6 private rooms, 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen. Room sizes vary from small to spacious. Only three average-sized private rooms are available for rent. No parking. There is no laundry on site. This area is a happening place with lots of bars and restaurants. But we do not want our housemates to bring in the negative elements inside the building. If they want to party, please do so outside. There will be strict building rules to maintain a nice place to live for everyone. Private room only. There is no common, gathering area for this living arrangement. We seek nice, responsible, and easy to get along kind of housemates. No smoking and no pets. It is available now and shown by appointment. One private room left and the rent is $1,050, including all utilities (e.g., water, PGE, garbage, etc.). The security deposit is $1,500. It is a one year lease.
