All applications are reviewed on an equal basis; no "first come" policy in place. Applications typically require 3-5 business days to process but in some instances may take more time. Processing time depends on our ability to verify information on the application. An electronic application form is available to anyone interested in a rental property we offer. For an application to be processed, applicants need to submit a fully completed application along with 3 months of their checking/savings account statements and 2 of their most recent pay stubs OR last two years of tax returns if self-employed. A fully completed application and a $30 processing fee is required for all persons 18 years of age and older.
