Furnished bedrooms available for rent!… Fully furnished, private bedroom in a comfortable, stylish 4 bed/2 bath home close to hiking trails, quick access to Route 66, I-40, and Hwy 89, to visit many attractions, including the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Sunset Crater, Downtown Flagstaff, NAU, Sedona, Snowbowl, and so much more! Spacious backyard, and beautiful mountain views. Easy access to the property, and each room has its own unique door code.
Room is fully furnished (see photos). You would be sharing the guest bathroom with 2 other roommates.
Lease length is flexible. Anything from 2-12 months. No pets. No smokers.
* Each bedroom is $925/month (becoming available April 4 2026)
* Master bedroom is $1100/month (becoming available in June 2026)
* Utilities are included - water, electricity, gas, internet, trash
* In order to maintain the house clean, I have a landscaper and cleaning crew come out once a month. This is also included in the rent
* Refundable security deposit is $300
* Non-refundable cleaning deposit of $50
