The HOA does not allow parking on the street overnight so it is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. There is a park and playground in the gated community. It is also very close to sprinter station, 78 freeway, and California State San Marcos University. Pets (with breed restrictions) allowed with a $50/month increase per pet. Please note that anyone applying that has under a 700 credit score will be disqualified. This home is available for occupancy July 1 for a 1-year lease with the intention of long-term tenancy.
