The unit includes one reserved parking spot next to the unit, with plenty of guest spots available inside the complex and off of Saxony. Enjoy the balcony, which features a table, chairs, and grill, accessible from either the master bedroom or living room. For stays of 28 nights or more, utilities are included up to $350 per month, with any usage exceeding this amount being charged to the guest. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $150 per pet, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets.
