Lease terms
Lease Terms: Minimum 12-month lease required. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and sanitary condition and complying with all local ordinances, HOA regulations, and lease requirements. Occupancy is limited to the number of residents approved on the lease. Subletting or short-term rentals are not permitted without prior written approval from the landlord. Tenant shall obtain and maintain renters insurance throughout the lease term with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage. Proof of coverage may be provided within 30 days of the lease start date. If Tenant fails to provide proof of required coverage within 30 days after written notice from Landlord, a non-compliance fee of $40 per month may be assessed until acceptable proof of insurance is received. Failure to maintain the required coverage may also constitute a violation of the Lease Agreement.
