Any outdoor fireplaces, fire rings or burning of any materials is prohibited due to the risk of fire & extreme drought conditions. Renter's insurance is required. House is leased unfurnished. Tenant is required to provide lawn maintenance. This includes mowing lawn areas, removing weeds, volunteer tree saplings, & small broken or fallen branches from trees & shrubs. Snow removal from sidewalks is required. There are areas for a vegetable &/or flower garden but with significant drought watering restrictions as well as increased costs for outdoor water consumption this may not be a suitable year. Each Fall all deciduous leaves need to be raked & disposed of in the waste removal container. Portable composting equipment is an option but this does require the equipment, water & constant maintenance of composting materials. Although a detached garage & small storage shed are a part of the property, they are not available for tenant use at this time.
