Lease terms

Lease Terms: Month-to-month lease. First month's rent and one month's security deposit are required before move-in. Tenant is responsible for natural gas service. Water, sewer, and electricity are included. Electricity is provided through the property's solar panel system at no additional cost up to the amount generated by the system. If electricity usage exceeds the solar production due to excessive consumption, the tenant will be responsible for the additional charges. Washer and dryer are not provided. Rent is considered late after a 5-day grace period and is subject to a $100 late fee. Tenant is responsible for keeping the property clean and promptly reporting any maintenance issues or damages. Two off-street parking spaces are included. No pets of any kind are permitted. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the property. Subleasing and short-term rentals (including Airbnb) are strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is generally limited to 5 occupants, subject to landlord approval and applicable local housing regulations. All applicants 18 years or older must complete a background, credit, and income verification.
