CO-LIVING COMMUNITY GUIDELINES Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home for everyone. By signing below, each resident agrees to be respectful, considerate, and cooperative with housemates. House Rules Overnight guests, parties, and additional occupants are not permitted without prior management approval. Respect other residents, their privacy, food, and personal belongings. Keep noise at a reasonable level. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Sleeping is limited to individual bedrooms so common areas remain available to everyone. Clean up promptly after yourself, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and empty it when finished. Do not leave dishes in the sink, on counters, or on the stove. Food should remain in the kitchen or dining areas and within your assigned pantry and refrigerator space. Remove laundry promptly after each cycle and keep the laundry area clean. Keep bedrooms clean, safe, and free of excessive clutter. Storage space is available in the basement. Residents must maintain reasonable personal hygiene and leave shared bathrooms clean for the next person. Smoking, vaping, and burning incense are prohibited indoors. Pets and window air conditioners are not permitted. Repeated disruption, threatening behavior, serious rule violations, or police involvement may result in lease enforcement or nonrenewal as allowed by law. These guidelines help ensure that everyone can enjoy a safe, respectful, and comfortable home.
