Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A 7-night minimum stay is required for Christmas holiday bookings. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the home. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. There is a strict no smoking policy in the homes, though outdoor smoking is allowed. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Lost keys will incur a $40 charge, and lost FOB keys or garage remotes will be charged $100 each. No street parking is allowed; please use overflow parking areas. No pets are allowed unless specifically approved in writing, and animals in the house without consent will be considered a breach of contract and subject to additional fees. Do not move furniture or game tables. Children under 14 are not permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision, and children under five are not permitted in the hot tub at any time. Do not stand or bounce on the hot tub covers, as replacement cost is $500 plus shipping and installation.
