The suite features a queen bed with a luxury mattress and fresh linens, and a full-sized sofa bed for an additional guest. Entertainment is provided by a 40-inch SMART TV with streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen includes new appliances, a coffee machine, kettle, tea bags, spice rack, toaster, oil, salt, sugar, cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, and basic cooking supplies. The bathroom is equipped with a full-sized shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels, and a hairdryer. For your convenience, an in-unit washer/dryer with detergent is provided.
Complimentary garage parking is available for one vehicle, and visitor parking is also available for extra vehicles. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. Fob access to all building amenities is provided for easy arrival and departure.
This suite is ideally situated within walking distance to the Bishop Arts District, a trendy neighborhood with boutiques, restaurants, bars, and galleries just 3 blocks away. Downtown Dallas, home to skyscrapers, nightlife, business centers, and the Dallas Convention Center, is approximately a 7-minute drive. Other nearby attractions include the American Airlines Center (10 minutes), Perot Museum of Nature & Science (10 minutes), Klyde Warren Park (9 minutes), and the Dallas Zoo (15 minutes). Dallas Love Field Airport is conveniently located about 12 minutes away. Please note that travel times are approximate and can vary based on traffic conditions.
Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $500 fine. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150 fine. Parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are prohibited, and there is a $500 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund if they are found to be partying. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with a maximum of 3 people staying in the unit. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any permanently stained, damaged, or missing items. Tampering with property devices, including Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, and security devices, will result in a $100 fee and may lead to reservation termination. An additional cleaning fee of $40 may be incurred for excessively dirty kitchens or dishes. A $150 charge will apply if the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox. A $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11 am or the agreed-upon check-out time.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, and the suite is equipped with central A/C and heating for year-round comfort. The building also offers a co-working room with desks, lighting, and power, ideal for remote work or study, and a podcast room for recording, streaming, or creative audio work.
