The fully-equipped kitchen includes a cozy dining area for 2, new appliances, a coffee machine, kettle, tea bags, spice rack, toaster, oil, salt, sugar, cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, and basic cooking supplies. The bathroom is complete with a full-sized shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. For your convenience, an in-unit washer/dryer with detergent is provided.
Complimentary secure garage parking is available for 1 vehicle, with visitor parking also available for extra vehicles. Access to building amenities, including a gym, yoga studio, coworking areas, podcast room, rooftop lounge, BBQ grills, gaming room, and craft room, is provided via fob access.

Check-in and check-out times are mandatory. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11 am or the agreed-upon time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. No pets are allowed; evidence of pets will result in a $150.00 fine. No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; a $500.00 surcharge will be charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors; a $500 fine will be applied if you violate this policy. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with a maximum of 3 people staying in the unit. You will be charged accordingly for any damaged, lost, or stolen personal property, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up. Please lock all windows and doors when not at home and turn off all lights when not in use. Garbage is to be disposed of in the garbage chute located on every floor. A $10 charge will apply for every guest after the first two. A $100 charge will be applied if the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox.
