Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any permanently stained, damaged, or missing items. A $40 additional cleaning fee may apply for excessively dirty dishes or kitchens. A $10 charge applies for every guest after the second guest. A $50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11 am or the agreed upon check-out time.
