Parties and large, noisy social gatherings are prohibited, with a $500 surcharge for deceitful use of the house. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund if partying occurs. Undeclared guests will incur a $100 surcharge per person per night. Any personal property damage, loss, or theft, or additional cleaning time required, will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors when not home, and turn off all lights when not in use. Garbage should not be left inside the unit upon check-out; use the garbage chute on each floor. A $100 charge will apply if the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee, and a $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11 am or the agreed-upon time.
