Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy indoors, with a $500 fine for violations. Evidence of pets will result in a $150 fine. Parties and large noisy gatherings are prohibited, with a $500 surcharge for deceitful use of the house. Guests are asked to vacate the property immediately without refund if found to be partying. Undeclared guests will incur a $100 surcharge per person per night, with a maximum of 3 people allowed in the unit. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee, and a $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11 am or the agreed-upon time. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any permanently stained, damaged, or missing towels, linens, and fabric items. A $100 charge will apply if the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox. Excessively dirty dishes or kitchens requiring extra cleaning may incur a $40 additional cleaning fee. Guests are asked to leave the kitchen in a reasonably clean condition at check-out. Garbage should be disposed of in the garbage chute on every floor. A $10 charge applies for every guest after 2.
