Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property indoors, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, and evidence of pets will result in a $150 fine. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited, with a $500 surcharge for deceitful use of the house. Guests are asked to vacate immediately without refund if found partying. An additional $100 surcharge per undeclared guest per night will be applied, and the unit is limited to a maximum of 3 people. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee, and a $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check out by the agreed-upon time. A $100 charge will apply if the fob or parking pass is not returned. Damage, loss, or theft of personal property, or additional cleaning time required, will result in charges.
This suite is equipped for remote work with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, a dedicated co-working room with desks, lighting, and power, and a podcast room for audio work.
