For your convenience, an in-unit washer/dryer with detergent is available.
Complimentary garage parking is available for one vehicle, with visitor parking also available for extra vehicles. Long-term stays are welcome.
Located in the highly amenitized new complex, this suite is just a short walk from the trendy Bishop Arts District, known for its boutiques, restaurants, bars, and galleries. Downtown Dallas, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, and the American Airlines Center are all within a 10-minute drive. The Perot Museum of Nature & Science and Klyde Warren Park are also nearby. Dallas Zoo is about 15 minutes away, and Dallas Love Field Airport is approximately 12 minutes away.
Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11 AM or the agreed upon time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy indoors, with a $500 fine for violations. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150.00 fine. No parties or large noisy social gatherings are allowed; a $500.00 surcharge will be charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Undeclared guests will incur a $100 surcharge per guest per night. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any permanently stained, damaged, or missing items. A $100 charge will apply if the fob or parking pass is not returned. Excessively dirty dishes or kitchens requiring extra cleaning may incur a $40 additional cleaning fee. The unit is equipped with a smoke alarm, exterior camera on the front door, and a carbon monoxide detector.
This suite is perfect for both work and relaxation, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, a co-working room with desks, lighting, and power for remote work or study, and a podcast room with a sound-friendly private studio set-up for recording, streaming, or creative audio work.
