Basic cooking supplies, including oil, salt, sugar, and cookware, are provided. The bathroom includes a full-sized shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with fresh towels and a hairdryer. A washer/dryer with detergent is available in-unit for your convenience.
Complimentary garage parking is available for 1 vehicle, with visitor parking available for extra vehicles. Access to the building's amenities includes a fitness center, yoga & wellness studio, coworking spaces, a game room, a rooftop deck with BBQ grills, and a craft room.
Located in a highly amenitized new complex, this suite is a true Bishop Arts gem. The vibrant Bishop Arts District, with its boutiques, restaurants, bars, and galleries, is within walking distance. Downtown Dallas, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, and the American Airlines Center are approximately 7-10 minutes away. Other nearby attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature & Science (~10 minutes), Klyde Warren Park (~9 minutes), and the Dallas Zoo (~15 minutes). Dallas Love Field Airport is about a 12-minute drive away.
Check-in and check-out times are mandatory. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11 am or the agreed-upon time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted indoors, with a $500 fine for violations. Designated smoking areas are assigned by the building. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with a maximum of 3 people staying in the unit. A $10 charge applies for every guest after 2. A $100 charge will be applied if the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150.00 fine. There is a $500.00 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests found partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Guests will be charged accordingly for any damaged, lost, or stolen personal property, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, and a dedicated co-working room with desks, lighting, and power is provided for remote work or study. A podcast room is also available for recording, streaming, or creative audio work.
Luggage drop-off is available. Long-term stays are welcome.
