Terms at 5951 Sunstone Dr #409

Renter is responsible for all utilities. Renter will be provided 2 keys to home, and 1 parking spot. If renter has a significant other with a car, they can park in the guest/street parking. Renter is not allowed to smoke inside home, however they can smoke on the balcony. The lease will be 1 year from May 3, 2026 to May 2, 2027 with a 2 month rent penalty shall they break the lease. Renter is allowed to sublease home prior to breaking the lease agreement, as long as the sub-leaser fills out the lease application and is vetted by me. This will forfeit the 2 month rent penalty. If renter finds something in home is not working, I will send out a maintenance person to fix the issue. However, if renter breaks something, I will expect them to notify me and be responsible for fixture / replacement. This is highly unlikely to happen though, as this home was built in 2017, and has been extremely well maintained.
