Lease terms
Tenant is responsible for electricity and propane. The propane account must be transferred into the tenant's name prior to occupancy. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Up to three pets will be considered with owner approval. Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month. Parking is available on the property. The detached garage is not included with the rental and is not available for tenant use. Routine yard maintenance, including mowing and weed control, is the responsibility of the tenant unless other arrangements are made in writing. If the owner agrees to provide lawn maintenance, an additional $150 per month will be charged during the active growing season. Snow removal is the responsibility of the tenant. The preferred lease term is 12 months. Shorter lease terms may be considered under certain circumstances. The rental home is located on the same property as the owner's residence.
