Fireplace that burns real wood or logs . This home is furnished with dishwasher refrigerator and electric stove. It has a driveway and one car garage. It has a small pantry in kitchen.
It a very quaint brick home that is comfortable for couple or three people.
I love the sunroom and all windows currently have blinds.
I do a month to month lease because I want my tenants happy and able to leave without pressure of a long lease agreement. Most of my tenants have stayed for years.
PEST CONTROL IS YOUR RESPONSIBLE AND YOU ARE EXPECTED TO SPRAY FOR PEST AND KEEP THE LAWN CUT .
We have Blink cameras around the house but you must purchase your own box to activate cameras and you must have WIFI
Whatever cable company that has been used in the past in this rental home, you must use the same unless they offer wireless
