Now only available until June 25. If you break lease, you owe $250 fee. NO SMOKERS OR PETS ALLOWED PERIOD! NO ANIMALS in property. This is $1000 fine. Due to horrible allergies, there can be NO EXCEPTIONS NO parking on the street. Quiet hours after 10pm. Neighbors enforce this strictly. No BBQ in garage. (Seems like common sense, but I have to write this out.) Tenants must empty trash weekly and take to the street on trash night Tuesday. No wet clothes/towels on the floor. Laundry and dish detergent, toiletries and toilet paper after the first 3 rolls must be provided by the tenant. DO NOT USE dish SOAP in the dishwasher, only dish detergent! Keep doors closed to avoid bugs.
