About the building

We just finished renovating the unit which included a full paint (inside and outside), new lights/fans, new window coverings, new fence, and landscaping. Two of the bedrooms have carpet, but the rest of the house has vinyl flooring. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances that include a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher and new built in microwave and plenty of cabinet/counter space. The spacious living room has large windows to brighten the room with lots of natural light. The rear bedroom has a door that opens to the enclosed patio area for some outdoor enjoyment. There is also a window AC unit in the living room. Dual pane windows and ceiling fans help keep you comfortable through the summer heat and the private yard allows the family to enjoy those summer nights outside. All bedrooms have large, deep closets and there is an extra large hall closet for added storage space. There is a separate laundry room off the enclosed patio in back and a washer/dryer are available for use. We will consider pets with restrictions, please inquire when calling.
